Appraisal Link LLC is a residential real estate company. Owner, Polly Stidham, has been an appraiser for 25 years and is a and performs appraisals all kinds of appraisals including FHA, USDA, estates, and private assignments. Polly has owned appraisal companies in Ohio, South Carolina, and Arizona.
Polly has two master's degrees from The Ohio State University in Public Administration and City and Regional Planning. Before appraising, she was the Press Secretary for the Lt Governor of SC and was a city planner for the Town of Hilton Head Island, SC.
