About Tubac Center of the Arts
Here you’ll see and learn about the roots of Tubac’s artistic community. The Front Gallery hosts the art of Tubac’s Master Artists, those artists that made this area known as the place “Where Art & History Meet.” Multiple gallery spaces offer regional and national juried exhibitions with outstanding original artworks. Two exhibitions each year are open exclusively to our TCA Member artists to apply to. Become a member!
Monthly from October through April, TCA presents an Art Speaks lecture series and a Performing Arts series. Special events each year include the Cowboy Christmas QuickDraw Paint Out event, a fundraiser for the H-Art program; the Tubac Home Tour, and the Santa Cruz Valley Artists Open Studio Tour.
Adult art workshops are provided at the Tubac School of Fine Art with professional artists teaching a variety of art media. Youth art programs include our annual Hi-Art and Mid-Art exhibitions each spring presenting the artwork of local high school and middle school students. The Summer Arts program in June offers a multimedia art education program for kids aged 6 – 13.
