I am passionate about full mind-body-spirit wellness, particularly in the healthcare and corporate settings as a Certified Wellness Coach. I use a combined style of Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focus Based Coaching methods to help clients transform themselves on their own path to lifelong wellness.
Having worked in both the legal and medical fields for a combined total of over 30 years, I have seen many colleagues lose their sense of purpose and connection to their work. Committed to helping change that, I became a certified wellness coach, with the main focus on helping people rediscover happiness and self-empowerment in the workplace and with life in general.
I also offer insight into clients' unique personal life blueprint through individual Sidereal Astrology birth chart readings. These readings can help clients understand life challenges, personal relationships, and life purpose in a way that aligns with what is truly what they're here to do. With this information and my coaching skills, I guide clients to find their way back to a life that is fulfilling and with purpose.
Finally, clients may find their energies and health being adversely affected through life's challenges. I can help clients restore their energy flow to support mind, body, and spirit wellness through the use of Reiki energy healing. Sessions are available in person or via remote access.
