Formerly the Old Chicago Deli, now the Patriot Kitchen, first opened in 1987 and has been a staple in the Green Valley community since then. The current owner's Mark and Ashlea Bond bought the deli in 2005. After a brief absence from 2008-2010, we took back ownership in July 2010. 

Whether customers are coming in for some sliced meats and cheeses which are all BOARS HEAD BRAND or wishing to have a sit-down meal, customer service is our specialty and you will always be greeted by a smiling face.
