American Women Artists: Master Signature Showcase

A Juried Exhibit of the Master Signature Members of the American Women Artists.

For over fifteen years, Tubac Center of the Arts has presented a regional Artists Open Studio Tour held each spring.  Artists from Sahuarita to Nogales open their studios and share their latest creations with tour visitors.  This annual event is FREE to the public and opens with a preview exhibition at the art center, March 1 – April 14, 2024. Visitors can pick up a studio tour guide, view the art in the gallery, and plan their studio tour weekend.

Come to our Concert at 7pm! Annie and Jonny will be preforming! They are well known musicians from the Sarasota Springs area of New York. Their music defies easy characterization, moving exuberantly and expertly through the genres of swing, blues, jazz, roots Americana and more. Annie's strong, rich voice is perfectly complemented by Jonny's slick guitar playing. We are in for a treat. 

Take a captivating cultural journey through Mexico's largest state of Chihuahua on this special itinerary. Explore historic Cananea and Janos en route to our accommodations in Casas Grandes. Dates: March 11 - 14, 2024 (3 nights / 4 days)

"Hohokam Art" Mary Jo McMullen - TMA Docent

The Hohokam are known for two things — their farming skills and their skills with arts and crafts. This talk explores their beautiful artwork in pottery, jewelry, stoneware, and shell artwork.

Celebration of Santa Gertrudis's feast day, in honor of whom the Presidios chapel was named. In order to connect with Santa Gertrudis's Belgian roots, this festival will provide guests an understanding of Belgian culture and a glimpse into 18th-century life. We will be having demonstrations consisting of chocolate-making, horses, and 18th-century wear. In addition, we will be providing activities such as weaving, making hats, and many more.
